Hi Dennis,

Is the meter lamp on when the Omni V POWER switch is off? Probably
not, and if this is the case, the meter lamp being on when the Omni V
POWER switch is on should indicate that+13.5v is being fed to all
circuits from the DC Power board. I assume that you have tried pushing
the RESET button.
