Yes, I use the WinKeyerUSB with all my Ten-Tec transceivers and it works 
nicely with the Omni-V. Currently only available as a kit but easy to 
build and very cost effective. I also have a K1EL K40 with the digital 
display and keyboard. It also works nicely with the Omni-V.
