Will, I no longer own an Omni V.9 but I found my notes.  There are 2 things 
that can be done:
  
(1) See section 3.3.5 in manual  - Power off  - Push Reset button (on the side 
of the Omni V) and hold >> then turn the power back on while holding reset 
button  5 seconds; or

(2) Power off >> Hold CLR/CLK>> Power on >> hold CLR/CLK for 5 seconds

On rare occasions the Omni V.9 CPU will lock and reset option #2 above has 
successfully reset the unit.

That's what my notes say.  Good luck and HNY.
