I am in awe with regard to TenTec's Service Department! Check this out:
 
1. On the morn of Feb. 2, shipped my Omni VII to Sevierville via FedEx Ground.
2. Omni VII received at T-T on the morn of Feb. 4, Thursday.
3. On the afternoon of Feb. 4, I received call from T-T advising repair had 
been accomplished.
4. Omni VII shipped Friday morn from Sevierville, Feb. 5.
5. Omni VII arrived back at my QTH in N. TX today, Tuesday, Feb. 9 !!
 
Now that is fast turnaround!........door to door..........Tuesday to Tuesday!!
 
The guys at TenTec are just a great bunch to deal and they deliver on ol' 
fashioned service.......
