I have a Corsair II and Paragon II.  Will the new Regal microphone work with
these radios?  Any recommendations for other desk mics

But if true, this concept would be 100% redundant. The power is already set
on a similiar, mostly arbitrary readout number on the screen using the PWR
button and multi-knob?
