hello,
i am new to the omni 6 plus. just got a nice one serial #2A10249. it has cw 
filters in it ( inrad 400 hz and 250 hz in the 9mhz and 6mhz if).
just put in the inrad 600 hz roofing filter. i have s1-3 and s1-4 in the on 
position on the roofing filter so that it is activated when N-1 or N-2 on the 
omni 6 is pressed. anyone have a better way of activating the roofing filter? 
also does anyone know if this is a late or early production of the omni 6 plus? 
 s meter seems a bit stingy compared to my icom and kenwood radios any ideas?
