You can get all of this info from TenTec by asking them for it. It may cost 
you, but you'll have it all at one time in one package.

I know when I got my Delta 580 the previous user did not have an "on/off 
switch" hooked up to it. I don't recall what it was called, but I purchased it 
new from TenTec at the time. Since then I have resold that rig to it's original 
owner and purchased a Jupiter.
