Are you using the TenTec Serial - USB adapter? If so, some little
effort to get the latest drivers to work should get the click. You may
need to remove them
completely before re-installing the latest drivers. Sometimes it is
just a matter of the computer seeing the hardware as com 5 or 6 or 8 or
higher than the usual com 1-4 software is used to seeing and adjusting
that assignment helps
get the software to see the device.
