| Hi Ron- TT at one time had a battery pack  for AA alkalines. I may have 
a manual which I can copy for you. DO NOT put 12 volts on the radio as 
that will KILL the processor. I believe the original pack contained 7 
Ni-Cads. I got out of my 2591s some time ago.
