Before I start component level testing, I have a Scout with no s-meter
indication.
A quick search through the archives indicates that it might actually be the
meter itself. Has anyone encountered any other faults with the s-meter circuit
that might give me a starting point?
Does anyone have any slick s-meter replacements (LED bar, maybe), if it does
turn out to be the meter?
