What makes you say (or think) that? I could have said the same thing
about all the Ten Tec gear I've owned (and much of which I still own) --
good solid construction, good value, but NOT a lot of bucks wasted on
cosmetics. Indeed, there is much more Ten Tec gear in my shack than
Elecraft gear. AND I said that since I owned a Herc II and three Titans,
I wasn't going to buy a KPA500. Exactly how does that make me a die-hard
Elecraft fan? Rather, I'd call my post objective.
