I checked my orion11 and the agc does not change, and I have 2.44a

I recently upgraded to version 2.044A at the Ten-Tec facility.
I did not notice until now that my User settings 1 and 2 always contain the
same AGC settings. If I change one User settings for the AGC it changes the
other so they are both the same. I have done a reset and RAM clear and the
problem still exists. Thus, I do not have a different user for each weak
signal and contest.
Any suggestions? Thanks
