Fred and Barry,
I looked up the manual on TenTec.com and the finals are actually
MRF-458's. If TenTec doesn't stock them, then I would check with RF Parts
in CA. <http://www.rfparts.com/> or with Communication Concepts in Ohio
<http://www.communication-concepts.com/>. Either place doesn't list them
for sale but they may be able to get them for you.

Hi Fred,
Just out of curiosity.
What is the type number of these transistors.  Is it 2N3866 because I am
looking for the same final amplifier transistors for my Omni-D.
If I am wrong on the part number can you correct me please.  I also need to
know where to get some, or if indeed you did find them at RF parts as
previously mentioned earlier in a post.

Thanks......... Barry     KA8ENC

Anyone know if the original final transistors are still available, or
what a good sub is?.. Fred
