Kim, thank u for the information. However, I have very little knowledge of 
computers and the language used by you folks when you talk about the fixes.

Perhaps that's something that would be worth the effort to learn?

WAAY back around 1982 when I took delivery on my first computer, I dove into the documentation for the operating system (CP/M, a predecessor of DOS) and learned to use it. When I bought my first PC 3-4 years later, I did the same, building on what I already had learned. I've continued doing that each time I've begun working with a new operating system, new hardware, or a new computer.

Think you're too old to learn? Perhaps you should have someone throw dirt on you?
