Boy... what a lovely statement of what the hobby can mean to us. The 
love of a rig, home brewing repairs and modifications,  freely sharing 
detailed technical information across oceans,  making plans for more 
mods,  the enjoyment of the finished product on the air,  and time well 
spent in a productive manner.

THIS is what makes ham radio worthwhile.
