Just a thought-- but if a consistent SUBJECT were used for "net" business,
it would be really easy to filter messages into another folder or even
"delete" if someone didn't want them.

  My suggestion is to use the generic [LINK:
compose.php?to=Tentec@contesting.com] Tentec@contesting.com for Net
  announcements.  Don't do net announcements in the specific radio groups.
