Check with RF Parts Co. for high voltage capacitors, they used to sell some kit boards for Motorola high power solid state amplifiers.

You could try the capacitor companies, could TT tell you the vendor of the originals?

Some arcs of such a nature may happen when a spurious oscillation causes a run away feedback. Was your amplifier feeding an antnena or a dummy load? A bad connection with either could have been a cause, beside spurious oscillation. An arc where you normally have none, is caused by something conductive on the insulator, dust, moisture, like a spilled drink down the vents, or downstream load problems as suggested.

Before the first arc, had you or anyone been intot the rig, or had it been transported such that some connection could have loosened?

Anyway, GL and let the reflector know when you ID the cause.
There are still cap companies making high voltage caps, they are often used in RF plasma heating transmitters.
