I had a couple of buttons that would stop working.

 

Long story short, turned out to be the battery.

 

I think it was the ATTN and perhaps B>A.

I could do the resets and sometimes they would be fixed for a spell.

I cleaned / DeoxIT the buttones etc..

The problem always came back.

Once I replaced the battery, problem solved!
