It is possible to build a one or two transistor keying interface into either
a serial or parallel port connector then connect it to the Omni key jack. I
used a phono jack output on the connector. Seems like CT by K1EA has the
interface schematics but the WinKeyer USB is a better interface with much
much better keying rhythm.

You need a keying interface between the computer and Omni that will
drive the key input of the Omni. This is typically done with a COM
(or LPT) device or a WinKey keyer.
