Although one would initially think so, the radio typically draws different amounts of current on different bands. Usually 75M & 40M are the least at around 18 amps while 12M & 10M are the greatest current demans at some 22 amps. In this case the current demand is some 20% more on 12M & 10M than on the other bands. I really perceive two issuses one being IR loss in the power cable and connectors and the 2nd being the likely need for a TX Gain alignment for a couple of bands.

All of the suggestions for improving the voltage drop are good, but they are
not addressing the problem.
If the voltage swing were the cause of the problem, he would have low output
on all bands.
His problem is only on two bands.

The cause of this problem is either the watt meter or something inside the
transceiver, not the P.S.
