Rick,

The April 2013 QST Magazine review of the radio made no motion of that.  The
review said the manufacturer claimed full amateur band coverage and the test
report said "As specified."

I suppose there might be different versions sold internationally based on
ITU Zone, but it looks like the one ARRL tested here in the US had no such
limitation.
