[TenTec] Ten Tec Eagle Problem

The Eagle just returned from Ten Tec a couple weeks ago, and now I am in the 
process of getting it
set up.
 
No matter what band, mode, power output settings the rig is set at when it is 
turned off i.e .
 
14.100,  PWR 50 watts, USB etc
 
When I turn the rig back on .... it comes back on at 7.245.45  PWR at 100 in LSB
 
Also the rig doesn't save any mic or speech processor settings
 
Any ideas
