Gang - I have enjoyed a pleasant correspondence with a friendly K3 owner about how he could improve the feel and grip of his tuning knob. I sent him one of the newer style Ten-Tec friction trim rings, and he says it has great fit and feel on his rig! I suggested he get with Stan and distribute as many of them as possible among K3 owners. Ah ... the irony of a K3 wearing a TenTec friction ring! No big deal, of course, and all in good fun ... but ... oh the irony... ;-) ;-) Happy days, TT mavens. ---------------------- K8JHR -------------------- |
