I'm sad to hear Jim is leaving, good luck to him .
Thank You John for the very upbeat reply that you put out. I'm sure it
will go along way in keeping us Ten Techies from going off the deep end.

Jim Wharton was presented with an offer he could not refuse. Simple.
Unfortunately, it means he is leaving TEN-TEC, he will surely be missed by
many at TEN-TEC, Alpha, RF Concepts, the general ham community, local
area,
etc.
He will be able to spend more time with his family, have an enjoyable job,
enjoy his grand kids more, just a good all around decision for him.
Now, on to TEN-TEC, Alpha, RF Concepts. We are handling this change as we
would any change, figure out how to handle it, sort of fill the shoes, and
continue on with business as usual. No announcements forthcoming, no gloom
and doom, we are still going to Huntsville, still going to Dayton next
year, still going to introduce new products, and keep building newer and
better product for years to come.
I know I'm not the marketing guy, and I'm sure there will be more official
news/stuff come later, as we get things changed, corrected, moving, etc.
But, felt I should stifle any gloomers/doomers here. TEN-TEC ain't over
yet, and I have at least 20 more good years in me and I want them to end
at
TEN-TEC.
We ALL Wish Jim the best, he is one of a kind.
