I had planned a part by part evaluation next time the radio is open or I have some spare time
As is it isn't bad enough to jump on, just recognize it is happening
It starts cold about 20hz off then comes correct after an hour
Remember back in the day?  Who even knew what a 20hz error was or cared LOL

A hunch on BFO trimmer frequency drift.  It might not be the trimmers
but any associated fixed disk ceramic caps.  Try slight heating of any
one by one.  If a big jump happens, that one might be suspect if no
others act that way.  I doubt it would be the crystals unless they were
off when newer and now have drifted way out of spec.
