I thought I would my pass my kudos to the company. I received my Eagle On
the 24th and like others opened it up to check the filters. Only seeing the
2.4 I called and after hearing the explanation on the mix up and the ad, I
ordered the 600HZ. After hearing of the companies policy on providing the
filter I again called the company this morning and they had already credited
my account.
That's great service.
