John,
In case you fail to find a solution for the finals, there is another route you
might follow.
The driver, final amp, and bandpass filter assembly are three separate units,
connected with RG-174 jumpers. It is possible to completely bypass the final
stage, plug the driver directly into the BPF module and have a fully functional
10w transceiver.
Then you could look for an external amplifier.

Subject: [TenTec] Need finals
A Local ham who is going blind in the past year took both his general and
extra class exams successfully, and said he wanted to do that while he could
still see well enough with a magnifying glass to study.
He was a tech for many years, and did a lot of tower work for locals free of
charge. Anyway, he has very limited funds and can't afford an HF rig. I have
a Tentec Triton 4, which has bad finals, but the RX works just fine. I am
looking for a cheap or free working final amplifier box on the back to replace
this one. I also have the matching digital readout which will help him
greatly.
The control board and the board with the amp switching relay have a problem,
too, but we should be able to work those problems out, but in case some one
has a more complete radio, it might help. Later rigs may have similar finals,
but I'm not certain. I appreciate any help, so I can give David a working
transceiver, that will be easy to use with his increasing handicap.
