[TenTec] Side trim plastic ears for Omni and Paragon

Some reported that Ten Tec was out of these items on the reflector several
months back.

I just ordered a pair with a new trim ring. They have the dark grey ones on
hand, cost was 6 dollars a pair. The color may not match the originals for
some rigs, but having a good pair in place makes the equipment look a lot
nice.
