I can't say which OCF is the best, but I can say which one is toughest. I have a Buckmaster that survived two ice storms and a tornado, and still works. It is well constructed with a 9:1 ballan. Works good on every thing from 80 to 6 meters, except a tuner is needed on 15. I have not tried it on 6.
