Get a simple "Y" adapter to plug in the headphone jack and run a cable to
your soundcard input or an external recording device.  There's lots of free
soundcard software out there that will do a 48-hour recording and break it
into smaller chunks.  I believe the recording is only required if you place
in the overall top 3 in the single op unassisted category, so it's not
something many of us worry about.
