Sorry Greg, the Flex and ANAN are contest ready and fully capable of a top
10 finish. Why so few top contesters use them is all about ergonomics, not
performance.
And hey, NOBODY goes over 48wpm in a contest. The top stations are mostly
running mid-30's wpm with a few of the dx stations running their pileups in
the neighborhood of 40wpm.
I don't actually have a clue what you mean in terms of a recording
revealing "if the performance is up to our standards."
FWIW, I NEVER use QSK in a contest.
