I just wanted to share my very recent experience with Ten-Tec repair
service..

After years of dependable service my Orion II broke. I sent an e-mail to
service@tentec.com describing the problem and requesting a RA number. I
received a prompt reply with an RA number and ship-to address.

My Orion II was shipped back to Ten-Tec, repaired, aligned, tested, and
returned to me. The charge was less than expected. From my first e-mail
until FedEx delivered the transceiver back to me was only about 4 weeks. You
may or may not consider that "fast", but I think that was pretty quick.

I have no knowledge of the overall status of Ten-Tec, and your experience
may be different, but in my experience Ten-Tec Repair Service is alive and
well.
