When I bought my first TEN-TEC radio, an Omni VII in March, 2012, I inquired
about the TEN-TEC net and was told that there was none for around 5 years,
since Dudley took a job with Flex Radio.
So I decided to ask for several TEC-TEC users to gather on 40 meters on the
second Sunday in April, 2012 for a "round table discussion".
Today is the 4th Anniversary of the TEN-TEC Nets and I want to thank everyone
for your support. Each of you have made this all possible.
We started with one 40 meter SSB net on the second Sunday afternoon in April,
2012 and have grown into 10 weekly nets which include SSB, CW and PSK-31 nets
on the 10, 20, 40, 80 and 160 meter bands.
The SSB nets have Streaming Audio over the Internet, making it possible for
TEN-TEC users in other countries to listen to our nets. This is done by John,
KC2QMA from Tennessee.
We also have a Technical Specialist, to answer questions about any TEN-TEC
product and other related concerns. He is Bob, K4TAX from Tennessee.
>From the very first gathering, we have welcomed people with all brands of
>radios to check into our nets and this has resulted in many people buying
>TEN-TEC radios the past 4 years.
We also have invited members of the other TEN-TEC Groups on Yahoo to join us
and check into our nets and many have.

Thanks again for your great supoprt the past 4 years. Have a safe and blessed
Sunday.
