[TenTec] Hand microphone for Omni VI??

My wife, K5MOL calls a net with the Omni VI and prefers a push to talk hand 
mike or a push to talk microphone that keys very positively with manual key up. 
Anyone have a Ten Tec microphone that does that that they wish to dispose. I 
have the 705 microphone that is not as convenient for push to talk as she would 
like. Please advise what is available? what do you have want to part with? 73,
