don't have an answer for you and i hope someone does.
be patient with ten tec and hope you have a back up or borrowed rig.....
it took them almost 3 weeks to send me a repair order # for my omni VII.
4 day trip down there, 2 weeks for the call that it was done.
i paid right away on a thurs, then not shipped out till mon with a 4 day trip
back here.
that's about 6 weeks all together.
