Rick:  You might check with Petr to see if there is a bare bones CQRlog.I use 
it here and know it's the best.  He might have some ideas for you.

I don't need any frills, just simple logging with the feature to convert the
log to Cabrillo or ADIF format.

I don't mind purchasing it if it is good.

Good software costs money.
