You might want to have a manual.  Those adjustments are listed.  I have sold my
Jupiter some time ago and do rememberreading how to set the levels.

 Subject: [TenTec] Ten Tec Jupiter

Hello fellow Ten Tec users.  I just purchased a late model Ten Tec Jupiter
black case/blue screen with antenna tuner.  Someone has been inside this
Jupiter with a Golden Screwdriver.  It is putting out over 185 watts key down
on CW and FM into a Bird dummy load and using a Bird 43 watt meter.  My Palstar
HF Auto tuner also confirms over 185 watts.  Does anyone know how to turn the
power back down to factory specs.?  I can see three holes with trimmer pots on
the RF amplifier that is on the rear panel of the radio.  Is one of those pots
used to adjust output power?  Or is that done somewhere else?
