Actually, Rick, I was picturing something like the original Omni or Corsair. 
Difference being that the knobs are software programmable via an app on your PC 
or phone... for instance, instead of selecting from 3 xtal filters with a knob, 
you select from several DSP bandwidths. Several of your favorite setups can be 
stored to flash, and maybe on the back a switch to pick which one, or to set 
factory defaults. No computer display... something more like an LED freq 
display, and a real meter. Keep all of the computer stuff on a computer, radio 
stuff on the radio. Look at what Harley-Davidson did by going with a retro 
look... maybe there's some interest? This would not, of course, be everyone's 
cup of tea. Some want latest and greatest.
As far as the negative comments... haters gonna hate. Keep up the good work
