Maybe it has been posted many times in the reflector but there probably are
many “customers” who do not subscribe to the reflector. I shouldn’t have to
keep archives of a companies archives to get service.

The information on getting a Ten Tec RMA for repairs has repeatedly been
posted to the Ten Tec reflector here. Apparently the gentleman who was
in the dark is not a regular reader of this list. Use a resource like
the Wayback machine to check older archives, or keep your own archive of
Ten Tec list postings.
