[TenTec] Eagle multi encoder found

Found one matching the schematic legend from the earliest Eagles.

It looks like it will fit my little QCX-40  transceiver for faster tuning
and no detents.
An optical would be nice but they are like $40 and up and require about a
ma/dollar to run :-)
