[TenTec] Omni VI oscillator board adjustment?

Does anyone have the correct procedure to set the crystal oscillators on
the Omni VI series oscillator board?  I know they are phase locked, but I
am not sure exactly what VCO voltages to expect for locked condition, and
exactly what the inductors are set for?
