[TenTec] Corsair II Keyer failed.

I am working on my Corsair II trying to locate a failed Iambic keyer.  I 
have located the problem to be with the MC68705P3 PROM.  This prom is 
not hard to find, however, I don't know anything about programing it to 
do the job in the Corsair II.  I need some advice on how to get it 
programed for the Corsair II.
Thanks in advance for the advice. I appreciate all the help I get from 
this group.
