I found that this is the company that apparently sourced the meters for
the Centurion amplifier. They have a couple of different edge type
meters that look similar to that in the Scout. I don't know if you can
get to the meter face to replace it. I'd guess that the meter in the
Scout is a 1 ma, but you may be able to figure that out from the
circuit, particularly if a shunt is used.

I have a scout with a dead meter. I took it completely apart but the
coil is open and no bad solder connections.
Obviously this meter is not avail but am looking for a sub. Does
anyone know what this meter full scale current is? I have seen some
that look a lot like it and I can transfer the meter scale but need to
know if its 1 ma or Ua meter?
Anyone know or has anyone found a replacement that works.
Just acquired this scout and now have it working fully except for
meter. Adding it to my collection
