I actually thought the problem went a bit deeper when I saw this on U-tube. Not
so much the video but the comment on electrolytics below by WA$AOS which wasn't
followed thru..

Using a cotton swab such as a Q-Tip, apply contact cleaner to the cotton
swab, unplug one cable, and wipe the male pin(s). The plug in the cable and
