In general the Centurion in Standby mode should show 0 ma plate current
and 3100 volts for the high voltage.  In transmit idle mode {no signal}
the plate current should be about 75 ma depending the quality of the
tubes. Anything greater than this is an indication that the bias is
not correct. Full output occurs about 0.8 amps {800 ma} plate current
and 2600 volts for high voltage. Be aware the most critical value for
correct tuning and long tube life will be the grid current value of 260
ma MAXIMUM. Drive from the transceiver and proper adjustment of the
LOAD control is critical in regard to controlling grid current. Never
allow the grid current to exceed 260 ma. For SSB the grid meter
should not swing any higher than 120 to 130 ma on voice peaks. Always
adjust the TUNE control for maximum output.

Is the 190ma plate current with the amp in standby mode?

Is this idle current with no signal? If so it is about correct.

I was on my Centurion talking and looked at my plate current it was
resting at 190m but the amp was putting out 1200w so tubes I think are ok.
