Type accepted CB equipment is so cheap, even the SSB stuff, so why risk
using ham gear on 27 MHz? If you ask around you can probably find a CB
set in a friend or neighbor's basement for free.

Just look at the fines the FCC levies on persons operating illegally. $10,000 and up. OH, I know, you are asking for a friend. Yea right. 73 Bob, K4TAX On 10/31/2019 9:56 PM, Rodney Dewald via TenTec wrote:Has anyone else found out that the ORIONll will go on the 11m band._______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec -- This email has been checked for viruses by Avast antivirus software. https://www.avast.com/antivirus _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
