[TenTec] Omni VI+ meter

I'm looking for a replacement meter or cure for a sticky meter on my Omni VI+.  
Haven't looked in the manual yet for the specs, but think it's the same as the 
one in the Omni V.

Haven't tried the "dish soap" treatment yet, and not certain if it's static 
electricity.  Maybe a third party meter would work.  I've looked at all the 
parts on EBay, but nothing for certain.
