[TenTec] Omni VI Plus keying issue follow up

I have just read all the information on the Ten Tec Wiki which answers all
my questions and more and confirms that my assumptions are correct.

It also solves a previous post I made by way of a simple mod to enable QSK
keying with non Ten Tec amplifiers.

The old adage of look before you leap applies.

Sorry if I have wasted anyone's time. At least I am pleased to have worked
out the issues for myself first.
