Hi Petr,

Tx relay can be found very near the tx pl connectors. But I doubt that's
the issue.you better verify the tx control circuit. Also check through
remote control of the tx issue occurs as well. That would for a big part
eliminate the tx ptt circuit.

I would recommend;

1- connect through serial cable and issue tx command. Check if delay occurs
or not.
2- activate tx through front panel and after that activate through back
panel. See if there is a difference.
3- activate vox and see if vox works as expected when talking into mic

Do you se alc light switch on/off with correct pattern? Meaning key down
alc on, key up aoc off?
