Good Evening Gents

A wet one here in the UK

I have the 535 Argonaut 2 opened up today, no back light and very quite 
RX audio
Backlight voltage off the inverter is only 11v AC, should be 115v, so 
that is where I look 1st.
Quiet audio, AF gain control up fully clockwise to hear anything, also 
sig geni has to be at -107dBm to hear tone.
Radio not been used for a number of years, had to replace the back up 
cell on the logic board.
Has anybody had this problem before?
